Do my friends need the app to send something?

No. Your link opens in any browser. They pick a card, write, and hit send. No download, and no account either, unless you set your inbox to signed-in people only.

Yes. Your link, inbox, replies, chats, wall and every safety tool cost nothing. MirrorBox+ is optional and adds extras like insights, your friends' portrait, page themes with a Plus badge, and premium templates and stickers. Blocking, reporting and filters are never behind a paywall.

Will everyone see what people send me?

Only if you want them to. Every note lands in your private inbox first. Nothing shows up on your page unless you pin it, and you choose whether to reply on your story or keep it to yourself.

What if someone sends something mean?

Spam and hate filters are on by default, and notes that look harmful get held back before they reach you. You can also mute words, block a sender, report a note, choose who can message you, or pause your inbox whenever you need a break.

How old do I need to be?

At least 13, or older if the law where you live says so. We ask for your birth month and year before you can make a page, and if we find an account made by someone younger, we delete it.

I'm a parent. Should I be worried?

We built MirrorBox with teens in mind. Inboxes are private, filters are on from day one, and any note can be blocked or reported in a tap. Reports go to our team. Optional emails are off for anyone under 18, and teen walls are kept off adult sites.

Can I download or delete my stuff?

Anytime. Download my data gives you your profile, settings and cards as a file. Delete account permanently removes your page, inbox and wall. Some records may stay briefly in backups or safety logs, and a MirrorBox+ subscription has to be cancelled in your app store.

iPhone and Android apps are coming soon to the App Store and Google Play. Until then, MirrorBox works right in your browser, on any phone or laptop.

Nope. You only see the note, plus a name if the sender chose to add one. Behind the scenes we keep a scrambled device key (and their account, if they were signed in) so blocks and reports still work, but it's never shown to you. In chats, senders stay anonymous unless they decide to reveal themselves.
